Mr. Anderson's educational background began with undergraduate school at Texarkana College, Texas A&M University College Station, and graduation from Texas A&M University-Texarkana. He graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1994.

He began his Civil Litigation practice in Houston with the Law Firm of Mattingly & Marsh, LLP and later with the law firm of Preston & Cowen, LLP.

In 2001 he opened the Anderson Law Firm in Texarkana, Texas. He has served as assistant public defender in State Court for Miller and Lafayette County, Arkansas, and as court appointed defense counsel in U. S. Courts in the Western District of Arkansas and Eastern District of Texas.

He is a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, the Business Torts Section of the American Bar Association, the Construction Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, the Litigation and Personal Injury Sections of the Texas Bar, the Texarkana Bar Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the Family Law, Personal Injury, and Criminal Defense sections of the Arkansas Bar.

Mr. Anderson is admitted to practice in the state courts of Texas and Arkansas and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
